During a routine inspection of the commercial HVAC units while performing preventive maintenance, our service staff noticed a failed heat exchanger on one unit, and another unit that was nearing the end of its expected service life. After consulting with the customer regarding the issues, they decided to move forward with the replacement of both RTUs (rooftop HVAC units). This work was completed during normal operating hours with minimal disruption to the services the customer provides to the Bowling Green community.
