The customer had four existing RTUs (rooftop units) that were failing to provide adequate HVAC for the facility. R&R worked with the customer to determine the current needs of new RTUs, found an equipment supplier able to meet these needs, and replaced the units while the hospital remained able to serve the community needs. The customer has noticed added benefits from the redesigned units suited to their commercial HVAC needs.
