Customer was having an issue with support beams on a roof of an apartment building that were failing, which caused the existing cooling tower to shift. Unknown to the customer, this shifting caused an issue where the basin was not completely drained before winter and the heat exchanger (internal in the cooling tower) froze and needed to be repaired. After evaluating different repair options vs. the total replacement of the cooling tower, the customer opted for full replacement of the cooling tower.
